Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona was pardoned by President Donald Trump after being convicted by a an activist federal judge, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, a Bill Clinton appointee, who found the Conservative Republican Sheriff guilty of a civil-contempt finding, a misdemeanor.
